Rambert Grades is seeking a highly organised, relationship-focused individual to join the team as Membership Manager.

This role is central to the growth and success of the awarding organisation, leading on member engagement, retention, and experience while supporting teachers to confidently deliver and champion the Rambert Grades offer across the UK and internationally.

Working at the heart of our membership community, the Membership Manager will act as the primary point of contact for Rambert Grades memberships, schools, and partners, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality service. The role blends operational oversight with community-building to manage the membership lifecycle and shape meaningful engagement opportunities. Collaborative by nature and detail-driven in approach, the postholder will play a key role in ensuring our membership experience is both seamless and inspiring, supporting dance educators at every stage of their journey.

Job Title: Membership Manager

Reports to: Director of Training & Examinations
Location: Central London
Contract: 0.8 (flexible working considered)
Salary: £33,000–£36,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro rata for 0.8 FTE
Hours: 0.8 of ft
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
