An integral part of the learning process, Rambert Grades exams are a moment of celebration.

All exams are recorded in the student’s familiar setting and submitted online by the teacher. We are always here to support you through this process.

Prerequisites to submit

  • The submitting teacher must be a member of Rambert Grades

  • You must have completed the relevant training for the exams you are submitting

Submitting your students for exams is made up of two simple steps that are outlined below. If you require any technical assistance please reach out to support@rambertgrades.com where a member of the team will be able to assist.

Exam Registration deadlines

From 1st January 2024, all examinations must be registered by the relevant deadline.

For example, if you wish to submit an examination in May you should register the exam by 31st March. We understand that this may take some adjusting to, so if you have missed a deadline and wish to register, please contact us at members@rambertgrades.com and we’ll make every effort to accomodate your registration.


Step 1: Exam Registration

Once you sign your membership agreement and complete training with us, you are ready to register your students for exams. This is a simple payment form to tell us how many students you are submitting, and in which Grades they will enter exams. There are two payment options so please select the correct one for you. Please note that invoice requests will take longer to process than the card payment option.

Step 2 - Submit Student Exams

Once you have made your payment, you are now ready to submit your student exams online. Using the form linked here, you will enter all of your students details and upload the video evidence. Please note that you will need to submit a new form for each set of students. For example, if you have 3 sets of students, you will need to submit 3 separate forms. At the end of each form, we offer you the opportunity to do this.

What happens next?

Once your exams have been submitted they will be reviewed by our examiners and marked. Once marked you will receive a certificate for each student along with their marks.
