With this new Bolt-On option, you can expand your repertoire by adding up to five new solos for Grades 1-5 from additional celebrated choreographers. This not only enriches your classes but also supports your Continued Professional Development (CPD) and fulfills the requirement to refresh training every two years.
The Performance Strand Solos included in this Bolt-On are:
Grade 4: Poem without words by Vidya Patel
Grade 5: Swan Lake by Matthew Bourne
This selection brings together an iconic work (Grade 5) and a new commission (Grade 4).
Level 2 (Grades 4-5): £100*
Rambert Grades membership is required to book training. You may only book a Bolt-On for a Level you have have previously trained on, or are booked to train on.

Designed to ignite imaginations, the Storytellers Pathway brings together solos choreographed by renowned artists Matthew Bourne, Vidya Patel, Will Tuckett, and ZooNation. This unique collection connects dance teachers and students with some of the most influential voices in contemporary dance today, featuring iconic works such as New Adventures’ Swan Lake and The Car Man and ZooNation’s Some Like it Hip Hop.
The Storytellers Pathway is available across Grades 1-5 of the Rambert Grades Creative Contemporary Dance Syllabus, offered alongside Pathways by Hofesh Shechter and Alesandra Seutin.
These solos are tailored to enhance the dancer’s journey at every level, ensuring level-appropriate challenges that develop technical ability, creative expression, and storytelling skills.
