Rambert School and Rambert Grades Educators Recognised by One Dance UK
Rambert Grades is delighted to celebrate Hannah Kidd, Head of Education and Examinations, and Natalie Dodd, Rambert Grades Delivering Artist and Examiner, who have both been nominated for One Dance UK’s People’s Choice Award.
This award recognises individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the dance sector over the past year, and is decided by public vote.

Recognising their work with Rambert School’s PreVoc Programme
Both Hannah and Natalie have been nominated for their exceptional work on Rambert School’s PreVoc Programme, a year-long ballet and contemporary training course for aspiring young dancers aged 14–19. Based at Rambert School, the programme offers focused technical training, coaching, improvisation, conditioning and performance experience, supporting dancers who aim to pursue vocational study.
Hannah said, “I’m incredibly honoured to be nominated. Working with the young dancers on the PreVoc programme is a real joy, and I’m consistently inspired by their curiosity and commitment. It also sits closely with our work at Rambert Grades, where we champion progressive, inclusive training that supports dancers to grow with confidence.”
Natalie said, “Working with young dancers at Rambert School’s Pre-Voc programme is an absolute privilege. Seeing their confidence, connections and creative voices flourish as their Contemporary and Ballet technique strengthen is incredibly rewarding. To be recognised in this way means a great deal, and I’m very proud of what our students achieve year after year."
As the progressive contemporary training organisation founded by Rambert School and Rambert, Rambert Grades is proud to champion the inclusive, forward-thinking dance education reflected strongly in Hannah and Natalie’s work with young dancers.
