Free online taster session for teachers across the UK and Ireland
Teachers from across the UK, Ireland and Europe are invited to an introductory taster session on Friday 5th May at 12 noon.
Get to know Rambert Grades: An Introduction
Led by Rambert Grades Delivering Artists and Ambassadors, the session offers teachers and practitioners the opportunity to ‘get to know’ Rambert Grades. Participants will gain deeper understanding of the Rambert Grades ethos with opportunity for discussion and questions.
Experience the movement
The online session includes an optional physical component, in which participants can experience or observe parts of the syllabus in action. Attendees will gain insight into what the syllabus brings to their school or classes.
Dance training grounded in professional practice
Offering two syllabi with eleven grades structured from Creative Movers to Grade 8, Rambert Grades offers dance training which is carefully designed to ensure students from all backgrounds gain the skills and knowledge to unleash their creative force, become brave enough to engage, take personal responsibility and push themselves.
Whilst Grades 1-8 are structured around three strands, Technical, Performance and Creative, Creative Movers, Pre-Primary and Primary are designed to encourage creativity through movement with ages 3+.
Teachers who train to deliver Rambert Grades are taught to promote a safe environment where physical explorations can exist without rigidity, yet with focus, discipline and collaboration. Students are seen as individuals and encouraged to express their ideas and discover their voices.

Attendance not required for the full 90 mins. Attendees are welcome to drop in around other committments. There will be opportunities throughout the session for questions and discussions.
