The Rambert Grades Examination Awards return for 2026

The Rambert Grades Examination Awards will return to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our 2026 examination season. 

These awards recognise the commitment, artistry and dedication shown across the global community, celebrating the work of both Rambert Grades Trained Teachers and students who have made this year's examination season so inspiring. 

How to be considered

All Trained Teachers and students who complete a Rambert Grades examination during 2026 will be automatically considered for the 2026 Examination Awards.

To be eligible, examinations must be registered by 31 October 2026 and submitted by 31 December 2026.

Award recipients will be announced in early 2027.

Teacher Award Categories

Highest Performing Examinations 

Recognising Trained Teachers whose students achieve outstanding examination results, reflecting excellence in teaching, preparation and student progression.

Examiner's Choice Award 

Selected by Rambert Grades examiners, this award celebrates teachers who demonstrate exceptional commitment, creativity and impact through the examination process.

New for 2026: The Nicole Guarino Award for Inspiration through Dance 

Introduced in honour of Nicole Guarino's contribution to Rambert Grades, this new award recognises a Trained Teacher whose work embodies inclusive, student-centred contemporary dance education. 

Student Award Categories

Highest Performing Examination 

The highest student accolade, recognising the highest examination mark across Grades 1-8. Where marks are tied, multiple students may be recognised. These candidates demonstrate exceptional technical achievement, creative understanding and performance intention.

Excellence in Technique and Artistic Expression 

Celebrating students who combine strong technical foundations with thoughtful artistic expression, this award recognises promise, dedication and maturity in performance and interpretation. 

Student award recipients will be contacted through their Rambert Grades Trained Teacher.

Every examination represents hours of preparation, creative exploration and commitment from both teachers and students. The Rambert Grades Examination Awards are our opportunity to recognise those achievements and celebrate the remarkable work taking place across our worldwide community. 

Register candidates by 31 October to ensure your students remain eligible for the 2026 Examination Awards.
